I think this cream takes longer on psoriasis because I applied it for once a day for 3 weeks and psoriasis almost fully gone on my arms. Also I should add that I have been using chaga mushroom too so I think that has also helped. Combine the two and the results are good it seems

This is my second review because I want to add that I used this for the first time for topical steroid withdrawal which covered pretty much my whole body. I have bought this cream 3 times because I have so much of my body to cover and you'll need to apply like 3/4 times in a few weeks.
